Kelvin wasn’t born wealthy. At one point in his life, Kelvin was working two jobs just to make ends meet. A misstep in the stock market wiped out his entire savings and he had to restart. Entering the real estate industry more than two decades ago saved his life. It provided him with the ability to safeguard his family’s future, now he makes it his life’s mission to empower others with the desire to do the same.
Today he’s the deputy chief executive officer of PropNex. Kelvin is a true trailblazer in the real estate industry, with over 20 years of dynamic experience in sales and team leadership. Since joining PropNex in 2002, Kelvin's relentless drive, passion, and vision have propelled him to the role of Executive Director in 2018, leaving a lasting mark on the company. With a remarkable track record of transforming sales teams, driving operational excellence, and creating innovative solutions, Kelvin has revolutionised the way the company operates. As a charismatic and inspiring leader, he is the force behind PropNex's groundbreaking sales and leadership training programmes. WHAT IS ENOUGH?
Kelvin joined the Republic of Singapore Air Force because there was a signing bonus and he wanted to feel financially secure. This was the best way he could get a small pot of gold at that point in time.
THE FIRST $10,000
After taking up a second job at night as a telemarketer for $7 an hour, he saw the earning capabilities as a realtor. He decided to jump into the industry with his wife and started his journey in the real estate industry.

Bought his first investment property, a 2-bedroom unit at Mackenzie Road at $550,000 and sold it 3 years later for an $80,000 profit. Subsequently he bought his second investment property at Beacon @ Cantonment Road and his third investment property, a 3-bedroom unit at Robinson 100 which saw a $300,000 increase in value in just under 4 months. He also bought The Sail at $2.6m and rented it out. All these eventually helped him generate enough money to finally move into a landed property in Bukit Timah in 2021.
ZEST ACADEMY
With all the experience he garnered in the real estate industry, he started Zest Academy, a training academy providing real estate knowledge to property investors and real estate professionals. It was where he created the Property Wealth System that has helped thousands of ordinary Singaporeans achieve success in their real estate journey. Zest Academy gained massive recognition and won the Promising SME award in 2019.

Witnessing how many people in Singapore struggled to save enough for retirement, Kelvin felt compelled to share his journey and insights. Drawing from his own experience in property investment, he published the first PWS book to empower others seeking a better and more secure future.
